Mattress Pad Warranty
Mattress pads, pillow pads, and travel pads can be returned within a ninety (90) day trial period (please read Merchandise Return instructions below). Magnetic Advantage will not accept returns on any product that have been laundered, or any custom-made product. Magnetic Advantage will not accept returns of damaged merchandise as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions. All product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Please email before returning product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Magnetic Advantage. We will not accept merchandise for a refund without an RMA number.

Merchandise Returns
Returned item/s must be prepaid and sent by US Postal Service or FedEx. We suggest you purchase insurance for your protection.
Important Steps - To qualify for a refund
1. Please email CustomerService@MagneticAdvantage.com to inform the staff of your intention to return product/s. Our Customer Service Department will issue you a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" with instructions for shipping.
2. Include a brief explanation for your return on original invoice.
3. Returned items/s must be dated by postmark within the time allotted as described in the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed section of website.

Returned Checks
Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be submitted for collection immediately. Each returned check will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service charge to the consumer. J&R Enterprises USA, Inc. will delay shipping of ordered item until personal check has cleared through the bank.

Magnetic Advantage will recieve payments by Visa, MasterCard Credit Cards, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks. Personal Checks are excepted, but orders are held until check has cleared through the bank. All pricing, Charges and Payments are in US Dollars. Any International Money Orders must be drafted from US funds. Magnetic Advantage, reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this website at any time.
International Duties/Taxes
Please be aware that Magnetic Advantage is not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs Office.
