Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified. Mattresses or pillow pads, and pet pads will be shipped FedEx ground with tracking number. If you have special shipping needs please call our toll-free number 1-877-522-5243 for an aternative method.

Turn Around Time

Orders that are placed during weekdays will usually be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend, will usually ship out on Monday depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Occasionally, some orders may take longer if a product is placed on back order from our manufacturer. Returned item(s) must be prepaid and sent by US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We suggest you purchase insurance for your protection.

1. Please Email Magnetic Advantage at CustomerService@MagneticAdvantage.com to request a return authorization of product(s). Our Customer Service Department will issue you a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION" number with instruction for shipping.

2. Include a brief explanation for your return and your original order number.

3. Returned items must have a postmark dated within the time allotted as described in the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed section of this website.

4. To return goods, please save item(s) and original packing. When shipping bedding, be sure to include the plastic bag or clam shell and use the original box. We will replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you for the cost of the item(s) less shipping and handling. You have a 30 day money back guarantee on all items (except all pads). All mattress pads, pillow pads, and travel pads come with a 90 day money back guarantee and must be returned in the original packaging with no damage to the product. You must keep bedding for a 60-day trial period to allow your body to acclimate. After 60 days you have 30 days to return the product. Your return must be shipped before your 90 days has expired. You must email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning product.
